Dental, Vision & Hearing

Most medical plans don't cover dental, vision and hearing services.  That means routine cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, dentures, root canals, eye exams, glasses, contact lenses, and hearing aids have the potential to take a bite out of a consumer's savings.

Many consumers avoid going to the dentist because of the financial exposure they face.  A dental plan can help with these costs.  Many dental plans offer the ability to use a dentist of their choice.  They typically have a network of tens if not hundreds of thousands of dentists that offer services at negotiated rates.  Some also allow the use of non-network dentists with a higher out-of-pocket amount.

Vision plans can be purchased as a stand alone plan and some dental plans allow it to be added on as a rider.  These plans usually provide benefits for eye exams, eyeglasses, and contact lenses.

Along with dental and vision benefits, some plans offer a hearing benefit rider that helps cover the cost of diagnostic services, including hearing exams.  Some may even offer discounts on hearing aids and batteries.

Providing products for dental, vision, & hearing for those under 65 years old is just as important as it is for those over 65 years old.  That is why we have products for all age groups.
